Stage by Stage

Enquire online or contact our office in Goatstown, Dublin 14 to make an appointment. We then carry out a free survey for any proposed works. We will go through all detail, design, specification, explain options and give you a no obligation quote.

2. ORDER / SLOT

When an order is finalized and placed, we will call to your home to agree everything with our project manager and your office contact. All specification is discussed and agreed in full. You will be given a start date for the project and a projected completion date.

3. MANAGEMENT

From when your project commences your office contact and project manager will be on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding weekly progress and input as the project progresses.

4. STAGE PAYMENTS

A deposit payment of 5% is payable to book/slot any building project. Following this there is a weekly payment until the project is complete. Payment is only taken for work that has been completed. All clients will owe approximately 5% until the project has been fully snagged and finished.

5. FINISHING

Once all works are finished all frames and glass will be professionally cleaned and your home left spotless.
